Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) a systematic periodontal therapy was made after April 2005 (change of head of the department) (2) complete periodontal charts [pocket probing depth and attachment level at 6 sides/tooth, furcation involvement at all sides of multi-rooted teeth] before and after active periodontal therapy (including periodontal surgery) (3) 10±1 year(s) after active periodontal therapy to follow-up (4) written informed consent

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy

Missing adherence of the patient during her/his supportive periodontal therapy over the last 10 years.

(1) oral health related outcomes (OHIP-G49) at follow-up (2) psychological parameters (SCL-90R) at follow-up (3) descriptive clinical parameters [mean pocket probing depth, attachment loss, bleeding on probing, furcation involvement, tooth loss during supportive periodontal therapy over the last 10 years]
