Interventions

Group 1: 2 x 1 ampoule of aronia+ (25 ml) per day, together with 200 ml of water

8 week Intervention phase Group 2: 2 x 200 ml water per day: 8 week control phase

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy males and females, aged 20-50 years, caucasian, non-smoker, Body-mass-index 19-32 kg/m2, no intake of medications or Food supplements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intake of medications and Food supplements two weeks before begin of the study, Body-mass-index 32 kg/m2, smoker, competitive sports, metabolic disorders, systemic inflammatory disorders, intestinal disorders, after bowel surgery, recent blood donation, concomitant participation in another study
