Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - majority - imaginations of test situations - test anxiety or subjective excessive excitement before exams

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Age under 18 years - current psychotherapy - current participation in another (online) intervention to reduce test anxiety - severe mental disorders (severe depressive disorder, disorders of the schizophrenic type)

Reduction of test anxiety - Test anxiety questionnaire (PAF) - questionnaire for Situational Current Examination Anxiety (SPA) Time of measurement: Baseline, at the end of the second intervention session after 2 weeks and follow-up after 6 months.
