Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Top 30% most impulsive responders to the Three Factor Impulsivity Index presented during the screening period - <1 training session (<1hour) per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Medication - Dietary supplements (TRP, 5-HTP) - Chronic disease - Smoking allowed if stable (limit: >20 cigarettes per day in the past three months) - Acohol: no heavy drinker (limit: >210g/week for women, >280g/week for men) - Night shift work during the study period - Pregnancy - Breast feeding - Already tried the TSST
