Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Presentation of an atypical parkinson syndrom in one of the study centers - Symptoms / anamnesis suggestive for an atypical parkinson syndrom - age > 18 years - the patient has recieved an MRI and a FDG-PET of the brain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No possibility for oral and written consent

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The diagnostic accuracy of the MRI and the FDG-PET in the diseases mentioned above (ICD-10). (Measured in sensitivity and specifity, comparison of FDG-PET and MRI by receiver operating characteristics (ROC)-Analysis)

MeasureTime frame
- Evaluation of a potential synergistic value of both imaging modalities - Correlation of the imaging findings with clinical parameters
