Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: healthy, non-smokers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: acute and chronic diseases, acute peptic ulcer, acute nephritis, pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking antibiotics (acute, during the last three months), known allergy to Cruciferous vegetables and BMI> 25 or <18.5
