Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents with one - schizophrenic or bipolar disorder (F20 to F31 according to ICD-10) - from the age of 18 years - have lived in assisted living (inpatient or outpatient) for at least 3 months - Voluntary stay in the residential facility - Taking antipsychotics - ability to interview - sufficient knowledge of German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - primary organic mental disorder (ICD-10 F0) - more than slight mental retardation (ICD-10 F71) - no use of antipsychotics

Measure	Time frame
The study ends when the number of 50 subjects in the living area has been reached. The main goal is to be able to answer the question of whether subjectively perceived coercion is even a topic in the supervised living area. If this is true, the second goal is to determine the extent of subjective coercion in the group of residents, which differs from the sample of patients from the previous study. The main target criterion is therefore the measurement of the extent of subjectively perceived compulsion during drug intake by the adapted Admission Experience Scale (AES) at the time of the interview. This interview appointment is individually agreed with the resident. The appointment should take place within the next 6 months.	—

In addition to the main objective criterion of measuring the extent of subjectively perceived compulsion during the intake of medication by the Adapted Experience Experience Scale (AES), the following secondary objective criteria are defined: - The self-assessment of the residents' self-assessment in relation to their clinical picture using the questionnaire on disease insight (FKE-10). - The measurement of attitude to disease and medication with the Drug Attitude Inventory (DAI-10). - The collection of psychopathological symptoms with the Brief Psychiatry Rating Scale (BPRS). These target criteria are also measured in the corresponding interviews with the residents using the questionnaires. The time of the interviews or the time of measurement will be individually agreed in the next 6 months.	—
