Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Substudy I (TK-FitnessCoaching): age: 18-65 years, sex: male/female, BMI: 18,5 - 34,9 kg/m2 (normal weight - obesity I), in case of health problems/illnesses: medical certificate, willing to be randomized, physical activity: = 60 min/week; Substudy II (TK-WeightLossCoaching): age: 18-65 years, sex: male/female, BMI: 27,5 - 34,9 kg/m2 (overweight - obesity I), in case of health problems/illnesses: medical certificate, willing to be randomized

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Substudy I (TK-FitnessCoaching): age: 65 years, BMI: 60 min/week; Substudy II (TK-WeightLossCoaching): age: 65 years, BMI: < 27.5 kg/m2 (underweight/normal weight), = 35 kg/m2 (obesity II), health problems/illnesses excluding study participation partially or completely, pregnancy or breastfeeding
