Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: longterm PPI prescription of at least 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: reluctance to participate, lack of German fluency, cognitive limitations that hinder study education and comprehension, mere home visit patients (e.g. practice visits are not possible due to frailty)
