65 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - aged 65 yrs and over - three days or longer hospitalization in trauma surgery, orthopedics or nephrology - at admission every patient is screened by the MoCA (Montreal cognitive assessment) to objectify the risk of delirium - Enrollment by MoCA < 26 pts.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: MoCA 26 pts.
