MeasureTime frame
This study examines to what extent six PE lessons in the intervention groups (intervention A/B) lead to a higher acquisition of PAHCO (physical activity-related health competence) compared to regular PE classes of the control groups (control group A/B). Components of PAHCO are assessed at three time points (pre-test, post-test, after 8-12 week follow-up). In detail intervention effects on health-related fitness knowledge (performance test), control competence for physical training (self-report measurement), as well as strength (DMT – Deutscher Motorik Test) and endurance tests (Shuttle-run-test) are recorded.
