Group 1: Consumption of a test meal (480kcal) with a high protein content and a low fat content.
The sequence of the test meals is randomized and the wash out period between the two test meals is 5-10

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy with a normal BMI (18 kg/m2 = BMI = 25.0 kg/m2)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known cardiovascular, metabolic or gastrointestinal disorders, intake of pharmaceuticals (particularly medication that could affect appetite or weight gain), presence of a liver or kidney disease, diagnosed diabetes mellitus, cow ´s milk allergies, lactose intolerance, smoking, participation in any other interventional trial during the last three months, pregnancy or lactation in the last three months
