Interventions

Group 1: Consumption of a test meal (480kcal) with a high protein content and a low fat content. The sequence of the test meals is randomized and the wash out period between the two test meals is 5-10

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy with a normal BMI (18 kg/m2 = BMI = 25.0 kg/m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cardiovascular, metabolic or gastrointestinal disorders, intake of pharmaceuticals (particularly medication that could affect appetite or weight gain), presence of a liver or kidney disease, diagnosed diabetes mellitus, cow ´s milk allergies, lactose intolerance, smoking, participation in any other interventional trial during the last three months, pregnancy or lactation in the last three months

MeasureTime frame
Postprandial area under the concentration curve (AUCs) for insulin will be calculated

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Postprandial areas under the concentration curve (AUCs) for glucose, triglycerides, amino acids and urea will be calculated
