Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - patients undergoing bariatric surgeries - patients with a smart phone with internet access - patients who can give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patients with language barrier or with mental diseases - patients with severe complications (grade II, III and IV according to Clavin-Dindo classification) - insufficient compliance

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- satisfaction of patients - cost for patients and for the health system - weight loss - a questionnaire which we developed ourselves will be sent to the patients after 12 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- scala of back pain - mortality and morbidity - a questionnaire which we developed ourselves will be sent to the patients after 12 months
