Inclusion criteria: The general population is being tested, so anyone can participate, but they have to own an iOs smartphone in order to access the app.

The Becks Depression Inventors, a One Item Anxiety Likert scale and a Life Satisfaction Inventory test over a 4-week period if the depression and anxiety scores sink significantly and the Life satisfaction rises.
