Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary participation and subjects have full legal capacity and understand the nature, scope, significance and consequences of the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. on regular basis use of analgesics 2. Severe diseases (cardiovascular/pulmonary/renal dysfunction, neurological/psychiatric diseases, advanced degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, sports injuries that have not fully healed) affecting quality of life or physical performance 3. pregnancy or lactation 4. muscle soreness
