Group 1: Randomised control trial: the test group receives an Game-App, eQuoo, getting weekly notification reminders to use it over the course of 4 weeks. At the beginning and end of the 4 week trial

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be over the age of 18 and own a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Be younger than 18 and not own a smartphone.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is studying whether eQuoo significantly raises the ARS (Adult Resilience Scale).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Differences between conditions on changes in personal growth, anxiety and psychological wellbeing, as well as differences in attrition rates, were also assessed.
