Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with skin alterations with indication for excision, e.g. BCC, SCC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patients not able to take a motionless Position - ulzerated, mucosal, peri-subungual lesions - pregnant or nursing woman
