Inclusion criteria: Signing of consent Subjects aged 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases of the musculoskeletal system 2. People with pacemakers 3. Piercings in the chest area 4. Cardiovascular disease due to march exposure (except high blood pressure) 5. Pregnancy 6. BMI over 27 or under 18.5

MeasureTime frame
The aim of our study is to measure the amount of movement and muscular strain possible with the vest, and to conclude the suitability for the rescue service or the Bundeswehr. The hypothesis is that the newer SK 4 vest, which is lighter and less restrictive to the soldier, increases the range of motion and / or the muscular load is less than the old vest. For later comparative studies of different equipment and operational profiles, reference values ??are created based on the defined equipment and a standard load.

MeasureTime frame
Main targets: Percentage of maximum voluntary muscle tension (% MVM) acting on march in muscles (before putting on equipment, with equipment before march, after 6 km march, after 12 km march). Pain (from bruises, back pain, pain in the extremities) while wearing the individual protective vests after the march. Secondary outcome variables: Percentage of the maximum range of motion (ROM) in the examined joints before and after the march. (before putting on the equipment, with equipment before the march). Wearing comfort of individuals Protective vests in comparison by means of a visual analogue scale (VAS 1-10).
