Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases of the musculoskeletal system 2. People with pacemakers 3. Piercings in the chest area 4. Cardiovascular disease due to march exposure (except high blood pressure) 5. Pregnancy 6. BMI over 27 or under 18.5

| The aim of our study is to measure the amount of movement and muscular strain possible with the vest, and to conclude the suitability for the rescue service or the Bundeswehr. The hypothesis is that the newer SK 4 vest, which is lighter and less restrictive to the soldier, increases the range of motion and / or the muscular load is less than the old vest. For later comparative studies of different equipment and operational profiles, reference values ??are created based on the defined equipment and a standard load. | — |
