Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - no anamnetic evidence of cardiovascular disease - no acute and chronic injuries of the Achilles tendon

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Previous physical activity of > 60 minutes per week. - Contraindications to exercise according to the guidelines of the ACSM - No contraindications to supplemental nutrition or ergogenic supplements
