Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.) Grad 3 obesity with BMI =40 kg/m2 and significant metabolic comorbidity, EOSS (Edmonton Obesity Staging System) stage = 2 with truncal obesity 2.) written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.) Contra-indications to bio-impedance and COMET analysis 2.) Pregnancy or breastfeeding period 3.) Participation in another interventional study 4.) Prior participation in this study
