MeasureTime frame
Composition and functional properties of the gut microbiome Using next generation sequencing technology and a 16S rRNA(gene)- metagenome-analysis, the microbiome composition and functional properties of the stool samples will be determined.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Physical fitness Physical fitness will be determined by measuring PWC 170. This is the running speed on a running track at a heart rate of 170/min.
