Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood cultures isolates with Escheria coli, Klebsiella pneumonia and Pseudomonas aeruginosa found at the University Hospital Bonn from 2016 to 2018.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: From each patient only one isolate is included.
