Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Confirmed diagnosis of Crohn’s disease or Confirmed diagnosis of ulcerative colitis or Confirmed diagnosis of indeterminate colitis 2) All types of treatment commensurate with the medical practice, independent of any study 3) Age 18-80 4) Ongoing or incipient targeted therapies with biologics and/or other targeted therapies (e.g. Janus kinase inhibitors) 5) Sufficient ability to communicate in national language of the respective country 6) Patient must be able to recognize the nature, significance and scope of this registry and to act accordingly 7) PC/Tablet/Smartphone with internet access

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) No declaration of consent is given 2) Age 80

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation criteria, expected effects and influencing factors are to be defined in the context of the hypotheses generated in future research projects, which are, in turn, to be answered using the information base provided by this registry.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Generation of a data pool for review of diagnostic procedures, identification of potential subjects for further studies, and evaluation of the safety of therapeutic concepts.
