all diseases (focus on internal and general medicine) and injuries (focus on orthopedic and trauma surgery) that occur among the athletes during the surveillance time

Interventions

Group 1: By the means of an online-survey as well as a smartphone-application physical and psychological health, wellness and training load are inquired from the athletes.
