Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Senior citizen: • = 65 years • Diagnosed hypertension • Self-mobility Therapist, sports scientist, instructors: • currently active as a therapist / sports scientist, instructors for cardiac sports groups • at least 3 years of professional experience • Cardiological experience • Experience in training planning / conception

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Presence of legal support • MCI and severe cognitive impairment (MMSE 100 mmHg at rest (for the task-based part)

Acquisition of requirements of an AR system or MR system for a sensor-assisted movement training for seniors by a qualitative content analysis.

- Which training concepts or programs are suitable for elderly hypertension patients to contribute to the maintenance of health? - Which vital and health parameters (for example, blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar, steps per day) do older people with hypertension consider important? - What technique (AR or MR) do older people with hypertension prefer for exercise training? - How should feedback strategies and motivational elements be designed to ensure long-term use and thus greater patient adherence?
