Inclusion criteria: 18 years and over, sufficient german skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not 18 years, non-sufficient german skills

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
suicidal ideation measured by Subscale „Survival and Coping beliefs“ (Reasons for Living Inventory), after the intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
choice of words (measured by analysis of the written summary of the message), assumptions about the prevalence of suicide (3 items) , mood (with the Affective State Scale), priming (word competion task), helpseeking (General Help-Seeking Questionnaire). All variables will be mesured after the intervention
