Group 1: We want to test the chondrogenic differentiation potential of obese stem cells in vitro using 10 samples from the abdominal fat of patients undergoing a planned liposuction.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgery to reduce their abdominal fat (liposuction)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with increased bleeding tendency.

MeasureTime frame
Success of chondrogenic differentiation in vitro on a carrier membrane (Novocart Basic, Tetec) in an existing model for the cultivation of cartilage cells, measured by mesenchymal surface markers in flow cytometry.
