Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years. Intake of anticoagulation. Approval of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years. Intake of other anticoagulants. Known coagulation disorder. Rejection of the patient.
