Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of mast cell disease (SM / MCAD); Participants are part of the basic therapy (H1- / H2-blockers, mast cell stabilizers); no chronic previous illness in the comparison group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to give informed and written consent
