Patients with one of the following sleep disorders - Obstructive Sleep Apnea (G47.3), - Narkolepsy (G47.4), or - Idiopathic Hypersomnia (G47.1) and indication for a Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT). G47.1 G47.3 G47.4

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) - Diagnosed narkolepsia or idiopathic hypersomnia or obstructive sleep apnea -Routinely performed polysomnography (PSG) Multiple Wakefulness Test (MWT) and Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Missing consent ability - Reduced compliance due to neurologic or psychiatric condition - Paresis of intraocular or extraocular muscles - Myasthenia gravis - Horner's syndrome - Visual impairment (visual acuity < 0.3) - Not medically prescribed intake of stimulating and sedating substances
