Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinical carpal tunnel syndrom

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non-compliance injuries of the median nerve recurrent operations in the area of ??the carpal tunnel age under 18 years non-consenting patients language barrier

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Based on parallel clinical, electro-neurophysiological and sonographic diagnostics, these should be compared with regard to the results and informative value in the clinical suspected carpal tunnel syndrome.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Does a correlation exist between clinic, ENG (electroneurography) and sonography, and can a prognosis be made about the regeneration of the nerve.
