Group 1: At baseline and in a followup (12 month) brain volume measurement (MRI), retina layer thickness (OCT), visual evoked potentials (VEP) and neuropsychology (BICAMS battery) will be done.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: high and moderate active MS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PPMS - primary progressive multiple sclerosis

MeasureTime frame
Measured are neuropsychological parameters with the BICAMS battery, OCT, VEP and brain volume (MRI) data. These measurements at baseline und followup (12 month) are compared to explore parameters of degeneration in MS.
