Group 1: The tendon of the semintendinosus muscle should replace a plastic net in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. With this investigation the feasibility for it is to be shown.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the indication for surgical treatment of stress urinary incontinence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in whom the tendons of the semitendinosus muscles were otherwise used.

The feasibility should be checked. The duration of the operation, blood loss and possibly complications are measured
