Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not willing to take part

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Interviews will be held with homeless people, staff members of the help centres and staff members of the local government offices. The doctors involved will in a questionnaire for each patient considering the current health status and service provded. Further, all patients will be asked to fill in a questionnaire about their rating of the service.
