Inclusion criteria: Patients: Full of age, inpatients; Medical staff: All employees, who have directly contact with patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: Patients, who are not able to answer the questionaire due to severe illness (Karnofsky <40), lack of language or cognitive skills; Medical staff: none
