Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - IAT > 48 - Internet access - Valid email adress - Providing informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Age < 18 - Receiving another psychological treatment - Suffering from a severe mental disorder - High risk of suicide

MeasureTime frame
Internet Addiction Test (IAT) Assessments take place at baseline (T1 = before intervention start; before randomization), 7 weeks (T2), 6 months (T3) and 12 months (T4) after randomization.
