Group 1: Music therapy "Song of Life"
3 sessions of 20-30 minutes each within one week (total intervention time max. 1.5 hours)
Group 2: Live guided relaxation exercises

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients a) Palliative care according to OPS 8 982/OPS 8.98e or estimated life expectancy 1 week Caregivers a) Age = 18 years b) Sufficient German language skills
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients - Cognitive or auditive impairment (including severe psychiatric symptoms)
