Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Indication for CRT (ESC Guidelines)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years 2. Lack of consent of the patient, supervised patients 3. Insufficient pre-implant echocardiography quality

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Relative Change of LVEF of at least 20%. 2. Relative Change of LV longitudinal strain of at least 20%. 3. Improvement of NYHA class of at least 1.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Mortality. 2. Hospitalization because of heart failure.
