Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: surgery inpatients with severe injuries, acute accidents at-the workplace, 6 to 21 days after accidents, FSQ-Screening > 3 (exception: 150 control patiensts with FSQ < 4)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no informed consent, lack of german language
