Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Geriatric patients with chronic back pain longer than 6 months • = 65 years • No cognitive impairments • Independent mobility • Able to perform exercises actively • No spinal malignancies, spondylitis and spondylozdiscitis, fibromyalgia • No disc surgery in medical history • No strong vestibular restrictions that affect balance ability
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic back pain shorter than 6 months • <65 years • cognitive impairments • immobility or mobility only possible with help • Sensory and / or motor failures • Unable to do exercises actively • spinal malignancies, spondylitis and spondylozdiscitis, fibromyalgia • Disc surgery in medical history • strong vestibular constraints that affect balance ability
