There were no deseases. All lower extremity injuries were recorded after 6 months of intervention.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male football teams Under 14 (U14) to Under 19 (U19) with at least two training sessions a week in addition to matches were considered eligible. Further inclusion criteria were not required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Teams younger or older than U14 to U19 were excluded from participation.
