Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults with congenital heart disease older than 30 years and which have a routine follow-up appointment at the German Heart Center in Munich.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairments leading to missunderstanding of the tasks, acute infectious disease
