Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18+, signed informed consent (ICF), Status splenectomy (complete or partial), State after embolisation of spleenarteria or other leading causes/treatments to asplenia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Missing informed consent (ICF), Minors, legal guardian

MeasureTime frame
The values of the PräPPS Scores Expert interviews will be carried out in advance to validate the included parameters: Parameters 1. guideline-compliant sequential pneumococcal vaccination 2. guideline-compliant meningococcal vaccination 3. Prescription of a stand-by antibiotics 4. handing out an emergency pass

MeasureTime frame
Survey of patient's activation and health literacy (through HELP-Questionnaire and a scale specially developed for this intervention); patient information (survey over three self-developed referred Question items); subjective increase of knowledge and satisfaction with the intervention from primary care-takers (GP's/Specialists)
