Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy women and men, age between 20 and 40 years, written confirmed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute illness; under- and overweight persons (BMI 30 kg/m2); disorders affecting absorption, digestion, metabolism, and excretion; regular medication except oral contraceptive; known allergy against flaxseed and/or an ingredient of the muffins
