Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General inclusion criteria: M-diagnosis (ICD-10) with or without inability to work, principal ability to work, member of one the participating company health insurance funds Additionally, depending on module: Module A: Employees with beginning musculoskeletal condition, diagnosed, beginning functional restrictions, no or low rate of absent days (up to 14 days), not suitable for medical rehabilitation according to DRV Module B: criteria according to DRV for medical rehabilitation fulfilled (§26 SGB IX), pronounced incapacity to work (frequent short absence rates or absent rates up to 4 weeks), Module C: employee with severe musculoskeletal disorders, severe condition, potentially threathened job loss, reintegration in question, possibly comorbidities, long absent rates (more than 6 weeks).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not suitable for rehabilitation (concerning Module B and C), M-diagnosis M00.0-00.9, M01.0-01.8, M02.0-02.9, M03.0-03.6, M08.0-08.9, M09.0- 09.8, M20.0-20.6, M30-36, M46.0-46.9, M60.0-60.9, M61.0-61.9, M62.0-62.9, M63.0- 63.8, M80.0-80.9, M84.0-84.9, M87.0-87.9, M88.0-M88.9, M90.0-90.8
