Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal-hearing listeners: hearing threshold better than 20 dB HL between 125 Hz and 8 kHz.

Representation of prosodic information in the auditory cortex of normal-hearing subjects (using magneto- and electroencephalographic measurements as well as near infrared spectroscopy) compared to CI users who have already completed their rehabilitation phase (using electroencephalographic measurements and near infrared spectroscopy).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Development of the representation of prosodic information in the auditory cortex of post- and pre-lingually deafened CI users throughout their one-year rehabilitation period (using multiple measurements with near-infrared spectroscopy).
