Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For the intervention group: Left-sided neglect resulting from right-hemispheric lesion, capacity of at least 30min, mobilizability on 80% of the planned therapy sessions. The same inclusion criteria applied to the historical control group, for which data were collected from October 2016 to November 2017 at the Clinic for Neurology at Klinikum Bremen-Ost.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: normal pressure hydrocephalus, dementia

MeasureTime frame
Deviance between subjective and objective center of line bisection. Assessment twice prior to and twice after therapeutic intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Clock Test and Apples Cancellation Test: Assessment twice prior to begin of therapy and twice after end of therapy. Catherine Bergego Scale, Functional Independence Measure, and Early Rehabilitation Barthel Index: Assessment once prior to begin of and once after end of therapeutic intervention.
