Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residence in Stockholm County, fluent in Swedish, willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physical/cognitive deficit that could hinder physical activity Uncontrolled blood glucose levels or blood pressure, irregular pulse or glaucoma Extensive/invasive surgery the past 12 months or upcoming Recently diagnosed for serious mental disorder (psychosis, bipolar disorder) or thoughts and intensions of committing suicide Current/recent (past 3 months) planned exercise at least twice weekly Taking part in other research study

Subjective wellbeing, measured by Life Satisfaction Index version Z and Satisfaction With Life Scale through Self-completed questionnaires at baseline and at 12 weeks.
