Conditions

Arterial stiffness I77.9

Interventions

Group 1: 1. Noninvasive, oscillometric measurement of pulse wave velocity, central blood pressure and cardiac output via a blood pressure cuff on the upper arm 2. Invasive determination of the above

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Successful PWV measurement during cardiac catheterization. A non-invasive, oscillometric measurement using Mobil-O-Graph on the one hand and a complete, invasive PWV measurement on the other hand should be performed.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The PWV measurement with the Mobil-O-Graph in the clinical setting should be done before the catheter examination. In addition, other parameters, such as central aortal pressure and cardiac output, are acquired to compare with the measured values ??of the Mobil-O-Graph.
