Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute or recurrent non specific low back pain (ICD-10 M40 - M54) Insured in one of the three participating statutory health insurance companies (AOK Bayern, DAK-Gesundheit and Barmer) Between 18 and 65 years Signed a statement of participation and a declaration of consent Own an E-mail account and a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nonspecific chronic back pain; Specific back pain, for example due to trauma or tumours; Receiving inpatient pain therapy (Red Flags); Acute psychiatric disorders
